What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and proudly offer a 40-Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your www.ppolab.com purchase, you can return it for a refund to the original form of payment.

Contact us by email at info@ppolab.com and provide us with full name, reason for return, and your order number, purchased in the last 40 days. Your refund will process in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

  • Please note, refunds are limited to three per customer per year, and to the first bottle of a given supplement (not repeat purchases of the same item).

Shipping

Our facility takes up to 2 days to process and from there, please allow 3-10 days to receive your shipment. While most orders ship sooner than that, we do our best to get your order processed and out the door as soon as possible.

How do I apply a discount code?

Once your done shopping, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your shopping bag and click "Check out". Enter your code in the field marked "Discount code" and click "Apply". Your discount will be deducted from the total.

Why is my discount code not working?

There are a couple different reasons why your discount code may not be working.

  • Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be used at a time.
  • Are you trying to use the code on a subscribe and save or bundle? Subscriptions, promotions, and bundles are not eligible with codes since they are already discounted.
  • Are you trying to make a purchase on our site or a third-party site? Our codes are only valid at www.ppolab.com
  • Are you meeting all the requirements for the promotion?
